Storm of steel is an interesting rare card. If paired with a strong draw effect, this can generate a lot of additional damage cheaply. It isn't always easy to set up these turns however. It obviously works exceptionally well with accuracy kunai and shuriken, but often I find that I am unable to use all of my energy efficiently while still hitting a decent amount of cards with storm of steel. I have had most success with this card when pairing it with dead branch, as you are not required to spend the rest of your energy playing cards before playing storm of steel, since the remaining one or two energy can be spent on cards that are generated from your shivs.
