Insanely powerful, and a common card to end a winning run with. With two Echo Forms, by proccing Echo Form on Echo Form you can get 3 Echo Forms in play. This demolishes everything except the Time Eater. Only downsides are how expensive it is and the fact that it takes a turn to start working. If you see an echo form, pick it. If you see a second echo form pick that too.
