Bullet time is a difficult card to make the most out of. The silent typically runs a decent amount of cheap cards anyway, which makes the discount from this card negligible in most cases. It is best to draw before playing bullet time which means you normally need additional energy to be able to pull this off. If you find that you are consistently drawing a lot and ending the turn with big hands, feel free to put one in your deck, but most of the time bullet time ends up dead in my hand. Obviously, if your deck is leaning towards more expensive cards such as Wraith form and Nightmare this card will work a lot better. Since the Silent has so many strong rare cards, Bullet Time usually loses out.
