Whirlwind is a decent and reliable card as it allows you to spend all of your energy on the turn that you draw it (except against a spiker perhaps). It also scales incredibly well with strength. Since it is X cost, it can be played with 0 energy to proc certain relics, such as Kunai and Shuriken. Overall a very reliable card with potential upsides.
