Because overclock puts the burn cards into your discard pile, in many hallway fights you will normally never draw them, especially in larger decks. This card can be bad in long fights but with a lot of powers the damage is often negligible by the time you're set up and have drawn them. If you recycle the burns it can prevent them from building up in longer encounters. Overall a very solid card.
