Expertise is a somewhat niche card that I rarely draft. If you have a deck that consistently has five or six energy at the start of its turns comment I would recommend taking it as it is a very inexpensive way to refill your hand after having played out a lot of cards. It does not work in the same way as calculated gamble which is used to reshuffle a bad hand. Because it requires so much energy to be useful, I definitely would not pick this up in act one and possibly not act two either. It is a decent card to pick in infinite cycle discard decks due to it being a very cheap way to refill your hand once you start to run out of cards.
