Ragnarok can be a powerful card in the right circumstances, but more often than not it is difficult to play. Against single target encounters, it can be extremely powerful since it has focused fire. On the other hand, against a boss like DECA and donate, the split damage can be the difference between winning and losing. Ragnarok has some very specific synergies: it benefits greatly from strength, wreath of flame effectively doubles the damage, and omniscience allows it to be played multiple times.
