This card is one of the defects only ways of applying weak. This is why I rate this card fairly highly, even though I think it compares poorly to other classes (such as Neutralize). It is useful in act 1 for preventing damage in combination with Frost orbs, and weak only becomes stronger as the enemies attacks increase in damage. It has an extremely unique interaction with Runic Dome, since it can be used to work out whether an enemy intends to attack or not.
