What we think of vault
Good with end of turn ramping effects such as Deva Form. On the Time Lord, skips timewarp if played as 12th card. Can be used to wear off your debuffs (just be wary that it skips your buffs too, like intangible) [TBC!]. If nothing else, this card can be used to refill your hand when you get a bad draw.
