What we think of hemokinesis
Despite this card's high damage, it is very easy to slowly bleed out throughout the course of a run if you're not careful. In many scenarios, this card is able to kill an enemy before they attack, effectively reducing the amount of health you would lose overall. However it performs much worse against bosses with high health totals that require many attacks to kill. Obviously, this card synergises well with the likes of Rupture. Tungsten can also be useful in preventing damage.
