Archetype summary
Switch between stances to punish foes with Wrath and protect yourself with Calm.
When to pivot to 'Stance Dance' archetype
Stances are the Watcher's bread and butter - it's easy to pick up stance and exit cards as they are so plentiful. If you find an early Mental Fortress, it can be easy to put together a strong stances deck too. Violet Lotus can also help make the decision for you.

This deck abuses repeatedly entering and exiting stances to allow you to trigger Flurry of Blows and Mental Fortress again and again. Calm keeps generating extra energy so you can continue to hop in and out of stances (make even easier when you have Violet Lotus), which repeatedly triggers Flurry of Blows and Mental Fortress for big damage and block. Get out of Wrath to end your turn, then rinse and repeat.
Draft up to 3 copies of Flurry of Blows, and it doesn't hurt to have a second copy of Mental Fortress to help you against boss fights with big damage turns.
Meditate and Simmering Fury are particularly powerful cards as they give you good control over your next turns while manipulating stances, reducing the chances of being stranded in Wrath on a damaging turn.
Rushdown helps keep your turns long, giving you lots of options, and can save you from being stuck in Wrath in clutch scenarios.

A+
At the start of your turn, Scry 3.
You'll want plenty of ways to get into and out of Calm and Wrath. It can be useful to have a Tranquility in a pinch. Crescendo can be useful if your main sources of damage are non-retaining.
Don't forget the exit cards which have good stats and give even more options - in some cases these can be better than a Calm or Wrath.
Talk to the Hand can help you spend energy on offense while maintaining defense with cards like Tantrum and Flurry of Blows.
Scry effects can be useful to ensure you have Calm and Wrath when you need them, so consider picking up Third Eye, Cut Through Fate or Foresight.
'Stance Dance' archetype weaknesses
Flurry of Blows can be unreliable, since it draws from your discard pile. Sometimes scrying it away is the right play so you can pull it from your discard pile. Be careful when you are about to reshuffle your deck - if you enter Wrath and trigger Rushdown, you will reshuffle before you draw the Flurry of Blows, and they'll be lost back in your draw pile again. It can be smart to wait before playing Flurry of Blows when you're about to shuffle, sacrificing a bit of immediate damage for the benefit of playing the cards straight into your now-empty discard pile again.
The Time-Eater can be punishing for this deck. Talk to the Hand can save your bacon on the Heart so you don't lose all your health to chip damage, though Mental Fortress should do the heavy lifting.
