Although rushdown might look like it has a fairly insignificant effect, it allows you to enter wrath more freely. Oftentimes it is a gamble when you enter wrath whether you will be able to leave again on the following turn which can open you up to a lot of damage. This power gives you a few extra chances to draw hard hitting attacks that can finish combat there and then, or on the other hand allows you to draw a calm card to end the turn with.
