What we think of Tools of the Trade

Tools of the trade is a powerful and reliable power for the silent, although its effects are not usually game winning. Note that it also works exceptionally well with discard effects and cards that work by being discarded, such as a tactician and reflex. Even in decks that do not at all rely upon the discard effect, it can guarantee a decent hand and many times you are able to just discard a defend or strike or some card that is not relevant to this turn without any worry. This card obviously has incredible synergy with hovering kite.
