What we think of Sands of Time

Sands of time is a slow card but one with a lot of damage. It can normally be played after being held in your hand for two or three turns, and if you can afford to hold it for four turns it becomes free for the rest of combat. Note that the next time you draw this card it will continue counting down from the cost that you last played it at. This makes it a strong source of consistent damage in longer boss fights. Due to the retain effect, it is easy to use sands of time on a turn where you are in wrath or divinity.
