Phantasmal killer is an extremely niche card. It is fairly rare that the silent runs a heavy damage deck with strength outside of shiv decks, but in cases where she does this card can be completely devastating. It allows your glass knife to do 48 damage for one energy, for example. The difficulty lies in being able to play the card without being punished too hard (which is why I would recommend upgrading this card) and also being able to set up your next turn to have lots of attacks. it has very well with well laid plans which allows you to retain 2 hard hitting attacks that you will guaranteed be able to play when you have double damage.
