What we think of Flying Knee

Although flying knee is a fairly unremarkable card, it usually performs rather well. The energy is almost always relevant and although having an energy relic is much better, it can help carry later acts in runs where you don't find the energy relics that you want. The damage is decent but i wouldn't upgrade this card in a hurry.
