What we think of Evaluate

Evaluate is a solid source of block with an upside. It allows you to draw more cards than normal, and you can best take advantage of this by ensuring you have a lot of sources of energy in your deck. This might mean having copies of Deus Ex machina, Deva form, or Collect in your deck. Since it is also a skill that is free, it works well with relics such as letter opener. At worst, it gives you more consistent hands, especially since insight has retain.
