What we think of Empty Body

Empty body is not a very impressive card. It doesn't provide a great deal of block and also doesn't have much synergy with any of the stances. At best, it allows you to leave wrath at the end of a turn or to cash in the energy that is generated when you leave calm. There are better sources of block, so I typically pass on this card.
