What we think of Dagger Throw

Dagger Throw is a great proactive card to take for act one when the silent is lacking in damage. It is particularly strong versus the gremlin nob. The discard effect of this card is negligible, since the card that you are discarding you would not normally have the energy to play anyway, and even once you have acquired enough energy relics you're only discarding the worst card in your hand anyway. If you do end up with relics that benefit from discard, you can segue into a discard heavy deck very easily, but this card does not force you to commit to the archetype.
