Dagger spray is a very solid, reliable source of damage for the Silent. It scales well with strength and is great at clearing trash mobs on act 1. It can also be useful for killing the birds at the start of act 2. After act 1, I would only consider taking this card if you are lacking aoe damage or have some specific synergies that work with dagger spray, for example Envenom.
