What we think of Core Surge

Core Surge is often not good enough to pick over other rare cards. It offers middling damage, exhausts, and artifact is sometimes a wasted stat. It pairs well with biased cognition to prevent the focus down debuff. I would pick this over passing, but wouldn't normally want multiple copies.
