What we think of A Thousand Cuts

A Thousand Cuts is a strong source of aoe damage for shiv decks, since shivs are typically single target focused. It can also be played in an infinite cycle discard deck as the only source of damage, although the Time-Eater and the Heart counter this strategy enormously. When upgraded, the damage is not too bad, however its high cost can make it difficult to play. This card is best in encounters where smaller mobs are continuously spawned, such as the gremlins elite in act 2.
