Battering Ram

Deal damage to the front enemy unit equal to 4x the amount of Armor on friendly units.
I don't rate battering ram very highly because of its restrictive cost and its underwhelming performance. Not only do you require a great deal of armour on the floor in order for this to do its job, it is only able to hit the front enemy unit. This means you won't be doing incidental damage to a boss on rings 3, 6 and 9, and also means high damage back line units are still able to attack. In certain encounters, squishy Extinguish enemy units spawn in front of the high health tanks, meaning that this attack sometimes does far too much damage on the wrong target. At its best, this card can annihilate an extremely tanky frontline unit, but it typically requires a specific deck and a lot of spell upgrades to make it usable.
