Apex Imp

In my opinion, apex imp is far too strong in its current state. Its ability to gain offensive stats using defensive buffs is incredible, and this unit can function as a tank and a damage dealer whilst still leaving space behind it for more hard-hitting units. Occasionally you might want to put this unit behind a tank just to make sure that your main source of damage doesn't die to incidental damage, but in order for it to perform optimally it should be placed in the front so that all your armor buffs can be placed on it guiltfree. It is worth noting that even if the armor gets removed, the rage persists. This unit has a lot of good armor-based essences that can be placed inside of it, so keep an eye out for these units as you draft, so long as there are still temples to go. It goes without saying that apex imp also fits very nicely into a rage based deck.
